Cancellation & Refund Policy – Book One Way Cab

At Book One Way Cab, we aim to provide fair and transparent cancellation and refund terms.

 1. Cancellation Charges

* 24+ hours before trip: Minimal or no charges
* 12–24 hours before trip: 25% cancellation charge
* 6–12 hours before trip: 50% cancellation charge
* Less than 6 hours / No show: No refund

2. Refund Process

* Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
* Refund will be credited to original payment method

3. Driver Delay / Service Issue

* If driver is unavailable, full refund will be provided
* In case of major service failure, compensation may be offered

 4. Advance Payment

* Advance payment is non-refundable in last-minute cancellations
* Can be adjusted for future booking (case-by-case basis)

* Peak season bookings may have stricter cancellation rules
